Collection Process
- Faloni & Associates seriously undertakes the responsibility of
training new employees and continuing the education of existing
employees. In today's legal environment, it is absolutely essential
that our collection staff is supplied with the most up-to-date
information available to them in all matters from the ever changing
laws that regulate the collection industry, to professional
telephone collection techniques.
- All debtors will be contacted by our experienced collection
staff prior to the commencement of litigation. This allows for the
greatest opportunity for recovery with the least amount of cost to
our clients.
- All claims are processed in accordance with the FDCPA and HIPAA
standards.
- Copies of general letters are available for your review. All
pleadings meet the requirements of the New Jersey Court System.
Communications
- Faloni & Associates accepts referrals via tape, diskette,
manually, or through various electronic interchange services
including the National Attorney Network, Bridgelink RMS, Bridgelink-Bar,
Forums, Scorenet and You've Got Claims.
- Copies of all of our client reports are available for your
review. We can design any type of report to meet a specific request
or need. These reports can also be provided on tape, diskette or
transmitted electronically.
Trust Accounts
The firm maintains Trust Accounts at the following banks:
- Commerce Bank, Passaic Avenue, West Caldwell, NJ
- Valley National Bank, Route 46 East, Little Falls, NJ
All payments are processed daily and deposited into segregated
attorney trust accounts. This allows us to transfer money to our clients
electronically on a schedule that best suits their needs.
Professionalism
- The Law Offices of Faloni & Associates has never incurred any
civil or criminal penalties in connection with its collection
activities.
